With the removal of trial, items can be purchased again after their expiry dates. Therefore it is important that you have read and ensure that you are purchasing the correct items and that you would like to purchase the item(s) again to extend expiry date(s). Players are to reminded to purchase the items once, and check your inventory slots for the Gear. Do not spam your purchasing key as there will be NO refunds made.
It is also inevitable that timing for patches and server checks clash with the timing of your items. Please kindly take note of the regular patch and server checks timing as below.
Patches
In order to keep the game content updated for GetAmpedSEA players, performance of patches are critically essential. GetAmpedSEA will be having 1 to 2 regular patches every month. Such patches normally last for 2 to 4 hours. Patches are performed usually in the morning from 1000HRS (+8 GMT).
Server Checks
For a better and smoother game service, server checks and service maintenance are performed regularly. GetAmpedSEA will call for Server Check to maintain servers at least once a month. Server checks are normally performed in the morning from 1000HRS (+8 GMT). There may also be urgent checks conducted to fix bugs and update performance of game play.
Cash Shop/Content Update
The Cash Shop/Content will have regular updates on a weekly basis. Cash Shop/Content Updates are normally performed in the morning 1000 HRS (+8 GMT).
Kindly note that AsiaSoft will NOT entertain any request for refund or compensation with regards to above mentioned situations as such down times are inevitable. You should justify your purchases and ensure you would like to purchase the items again with the above considerations in mind.
